The not humorous portion: The Patriot Act includes provisions for the secret service to become a national police force who can declare areas of the country as, essentially, martial law areas and arrest anyone therein.

Gee.

Reagan must be spinning in his grave. The Soviet Union has indeed triumphed over the US of A.

It's a tax-and-steal police state and it's here. We may know about the NSA wiretaps but what the heck is going on that we don't know about?
