well we are all suckers or all geniuses, time will tell i added a little more MPW today as well, there appears to be a persistent seller still from the original funding the company did to get started...frankly i'm not sure why they would sell at this point, but perhaps that's their charter (i.e. fund startups and then take their gain or loss whenever the stock becomes publicly traded) in any event, by year end the dividend should be at or close to .25 a quarter...assuming no hiccups in between, it's hard to imagine this stock anywhere near this price by then JMHO of course
