More window dressing. The President surely knows we could cut our foreign oil consumption by 50% over ten years by relying a lot more on eletricity by putting new plug-in hybrid and battery technology to work. But you will not hear him say that tomorrow night.

I wonder if any international players have any plans for tomorrow to influence the speech? A perfect time for a major attack on oil installations to drive the price of oil above $70/barrel before the President has to address the nation anxious about oil prices.
