Well, TP, all I can say is just keep your eyes open. It happens more than you think. I can tell you of one place we know of personally, as a friend died, wife took over, taxes were prohibitive, she sold, people who bought it within two years changed the course of the business and more than 75% of the original people were gone as their skill sets were no longer required. Several hundred people out on the street, because estate taxes were so high.
