<GGG> I doubt that health care costs are contained any better under our CURRENT system... then they likely would have been under the aborted proposal they came up with in the 'nineties. It's hard to imagine that ANY kind of a national system would have higher health care cost inflation then we currently experience (though there certainly could be a variety of different problems....)

In the excerpts broadcast by Al-Jazeera, Zawahiri said he survived a controversial US raid targeting him in Pakistan.
