The GOP was elected to two branches of the federal government, so naturally they get to appoint whoever they want to the third. Don't like it? Try winning at the ballot box for a change.

Do us a favor then and stop cheating at the ballot box and try to run a relatively clean campaign..........I know that's tough because it goes against your very natures to be honorable and fair.......but you could at least try.

The democrats have won the election twice in a row, but they can't win the diebolt ballot boxes and the Scalia court.
