If Clinton was negligent, Bush was more so. He had more specific info and 9 months is plenty of time, especially since he did nothing wrt terrorism in that 9 months.

I personally don't think either was to blame... but if you are going to throw accusations then Bush is more logical.

Clinton got too busy working with all his lawyers - some of them on tax payers payrolls - to stay out of the slammer with all his and Hillary's screwy affairs piling up.
Read Freeh for an accurate account.

And of course not having sex with that woman kept his attention busy in his spare time as well ;)

So don't blame him, OK?
