COGT Is bouncing up from the 22 level without testing its Dec. Ls <g>

It has continued to consistently report better revenues & earnings and recently announced new orders from Ohio whose AFIS will add palmprints to its database.

It needs to close above its Jan.13 H of 27 before testing its Nov. H at 27.79 <g>

The August H at 33.10 is a little far at present <g>

The upmove continues today. Trading at 3.46 at present.(It just had an uptick at 10.42AM on 10Ks from 3.44 to 3.45 and that's the largest one minute volume since the 15ks traded yesterday afternoon from 3.24 to 3.25<g>)
