COGT has had 4Qs of lower revenues & lower earnings, but things have improved on a sequential basis in the last 2Qs & it has continued to report on the black column.<g> Earnings are expected to be 20% better in 2007. It reported yesterday that the Houston City Council has approved its new Criminal AFIS to be used by the Houston Police Department. Next Wednesday it is scheduled to present at the 2007 Morgan Stanley Technology Conference. The stock remains above MBR & needs to close above $15 in order to get off from the longer term DT.<g> bigcharts.marketwatch.com
