please do note a references to the source with information about terrorist recruitment in NY in 1998. And your claim that under efficient anti-terrorist activities during Clinton administration Clinton never knew of the impending attack and it took 3 years and new administration before that information was presented to president. Well, clearly if the prior statement is correct then Bush administration was clear improvements over Clinton's 'cause at least the warning was presented to the president. But if the statement is not correct than Clinton is clearly responsible for negligence that eventually lead to 9/11 tragedy since he was aware of preparations and did absolutely nothing. -AK
