Halliburton and Exxon's offshore revenues are taxed by the IRS? We wish. Don't be a fool. These Big Oil gougers consider themselves way above the law and do everything they can to skirt it, including evading their fair share of taxes. Only if it's advantageous to them or they have no choice do they declare taxable income in the US. Halliburton reportedly has three dozen Cayman islands accounts. And that's just the tip of the iceberg.
