No, Bushies include all the top oil companies, the Saudis, Kuwaitis and now the Iraqi fields. They can and do manipulate world oil and gas prices. The proof is that twice when the senate-congress was about to investigate, they dropped the prices instantly despite current warnings of huge energy shortages. Once when Jeffords switched parties and once after Katrina when Dems in congress were calling for windfall profits taxes. Also, Prince Bandar offered to drop prices for Bush during the election season, as Bob Woodward reports in his book.
