So there might a lot of fake posters. Pump n dump operators too. That would still constitute good data for some analysis.

Who'd ever know if Kissy was indeed, or for that matter, any other poster. I can also recall that in the dot-com days, there were folks simply counting the number of posts on forums such as these and guessing at the sentiment and/or volatility. Everything is data.

BTW I noted you got out a week ago. Smart move. A modest bear spread as I had suggested would have been nice too.

Question is, where does GOOG go from here. The analysts stick by their views while recomputing their spreadsheets in the background, no doubt. Meantime, everyone is after their pie. Content was never meant to be free. And that will impact all players in varying degrees. The degree of leverage will be the key.
