This isn't for NTOP shares, it's for options for IDT class B shares. Not that i know what they are, what the strike price or expiration date is, who has them or why. But nevermind little details like that. I'm sure that they had to make some sort of public announcement. They are definitely up to something, but I don't know what it is. Maybe an LBO buyout of some sort. Or perhaps a sale of the company, so Howard can devote himself to his philanthropic activities, which seems to be where his heart is anyway. We'll know in the ripeness of time. Sometime this year, it would seem, from this flurry of activity to tie up loose ends.
