I currently am on vacation. When I return I will contact our supplier and get any industry information that I can get.

I will also be meeting again with the gentleman involved in Canada that was part of a highway testing program. I will get back to you.

Some of the very best researchers are on this thread...everything that can be learned will become public. Good or bad.

i have found that there are many suppliers of plastic (and other material) rebar supports - in the US and aboad. to date, however, i have not been able to find a supplier of I/M plastic rebar supports which are also made from 100% recycled content. i guess part of the implied "promise" of PLNI is this feature. however, i admit i am no expert in this area. so this information could be wrong.

as far as plastic lumber goes, i believe the same issue applies. while there are many wood waste and wood/plastic blends available, i have not been able to find another supplier of 100% recycled content, I/M plastic lumber.

if the market exists for these products, it is small. but maybe it can grow?......
