Using the IRS as a weapon. All major organizations who have criticized Clinton, or those individuals who have done their jobs investigating the myriad Clinton crimes have had the IRS sicced on them and undergone lengthy and arbitrary examinations of their financial pasts. This abuse of the power of the Office of the Presidency continues despite ample evidence that Bill Clinton himself has evaded taxes in the past.
