Just as he figures if he bankrupts the US Government they will have to do away with social programs he figures if he creates enough new terrorists Bin Laden won't be able able to feed them all they will starve to death. So far the terrorists have been able to feed the millions of new terrorists that have joined Al-Quida solely because of George bushes policies. The question is, how many more millions can he feed. We'll find out in the next couple of years.
