That's a bit of a reach. I can believe you as a leftie would condone confiscation, no probs there, but not for wearing a t-shirt. Just escorting her out per the rules was enough. She can whine on Michael Moore's site all she wants, she is gonna sue for a violation of First Amendment Rights too, more power to her, but she'll lose.

She was told the rules, violated them and got the consequences, that's how it works.
