The "Cindy Sheehan Culture" (or the "Oprah Culture", to be more accurate): I knew of one particular fine dining restaurant that constantly had people coming in in T-shirts and shorts. But the funny part was the guy who ordered Lobster Milanese, than asked for A-1 Steak Sauce to pour on. (He got it, of course. But the homicide laws should be modified to give CHEFS a little elbow room.)...
