One entry found for redistributionist. : one that believes in or advocates a welfare state From your corner of the political world it may well mean that. In my corners it is used repeatedly to describe the Bush tax cuts. I am aware of that usage. It's the same perspective that calls escalating progressivity "reform." Instead of a workplace based tax it is a part of income taxes. Sure. Now, how do you expect employee compensation to be rejiggered at such time as that change may be implemented?
