How do you propose we stop them? We can't nuke 'em, we can't invade 'em and we can't embargo 'em? We can do all those things. It would be easy to nuke Iran. We have an army right next door that could invade in a matter of weeks. And a blockade (not an embargo) of their oil shipments through the Persian Gulf would hurt them pretty bad. We've got tremendous ability to hurt Iran, it's the decision of whether to do so that is in question.
