It was you who said, "Health care costs should be pooled at the highest level of aggregation possible". The Europeans are moving away from your recommendation. They're doing it because they've learned what you want doesn't work. You're frustrated, so you blame the wrong thing. What made you frustrated is the thing you want: pooling of health care at the highest level possible. When will you 'crats realize how stupid you are? You bring all the misery with your government solutions and then you blame someone else for them.
