Bush is now pandering to liberals pretending to be "compassionate" and care about the environment and clean fuels. He even says that he now recognizes "doubt" in people about the war. Duh, considering Iraq is a total disaster which Bush himself caused. Clearly, Rove saw the polls showing women and liberals hating Bush and wanting him impeached, so he threw in the "compassion" card despite there being zero compassion in any of Bush's bills, like cutting Medicaid, after school programs, privatizing Medicare and Social Security and always siding with energy gougers and polluters.
