Amy, I assumed they were open to the media that they were asking for the Rx just to prove that you couldn't get it, as oppose to pretending to the media they needed it but couldn't get it.

I had to read down to the bottom of the article just to find that out. Legally they have to be open about it, or their credibility is shot. Politically, they can conveniently omit that "nuance" and leave it up to us "extreme right-wingers" to point it out.
