The only military weapon I've ever fired is the Mauser 98.

I have experience with the Model 94 Winchester and the Model 70 Winchester, both pre-64.

I heard that Fidel Castro used a Model 70 Winchester in his revolution. That was the only thing that I liked about him.

I don't care for the newer generation of firearms. They are probably functionally better, but don't have the beauty of the old designs.
