If you are eight years old and hyperactive, calories don't count.

Actually hyperlipidemia affects children as young as eight in our society, proving that our low anti-oxidant, inflammatory, high tran-sat fat diet is as bad as our hypereconomic paper printing.

Soldiers autopsied in Korea showed bad cholesterol deposits as early as 23. So fat has been with us for a while. It seemed to start sometime in the 1930's, when our diet started to "improve". A gradual rise in heart disease is seen since those times, corresponding roughly to the rise in consumption of highly refined and processed foods. (trans-sat fats).

It is time we left paper and MacDonald's behind.
