He's won two elections and managed to get two judges seated - seems pretty successful to me.

Maybe if it weren't for your obstructionist Democrat buddies, especially Kerry, Alito could have been confirmed sooner. That might have saved that other black convict on death row, Stanley "Tookie" Williams.
