Alito might be OK, we'll see... Common sense dictates that if a Death Row inmate has a case, then the execution should be stayed. Chimp, the Texacutioner, never heard considered staying any executions in Texas. He as a matter of fact, often mocked the condemned, displaying his childishness publicly.
