2/2/2006 IOMI Biotech Iomai Corporation prices at $7 Iomai Corporation, a developer of vaccines and immunostimulants delivered to the skin, priced 5.0 million shares at $7 Wednesday. UBS Investment Bank and SG Cowen were the joint book runners on the deal. The stock now trades on the NASDAQ under the symbol "IOMI" and closed at $6.88 today, down -2%. 2/1/2006 VLRX Pharmaceutical firm Valera prices below range at $9 Valera Pharmaceuticals, which markets an implant for advanced prostate cancer and is developing other implants, priced its offering of 3.75 million shares at $9 on Wednesday night. The pricing came below the company's originally proposed range of $10 to $12. UBS Investment Bank and Banc of America were the lead underwriters on the deal. The stock is set to begin trading on the NASDAQ under the ticker VLRX on Thursday.
