Sinve you are new to this board you cannot know that Ted only takes out his beamer for a short drive once or twice a week or so.

But leaving it at the curb, at least the neighbors know he owns one.
Even though he cannot afford to drive it until he gets that evasive 3. degree.

I never thought of BMWs as very gas efficient so how come Teddy is not practicing what he's preaching?
In fact my MDX has equal or significantly better (depending on the models) MPG rating than small beamer and Teddy criticized owners of SUVs for burning too much gas

Sweet dumpling, I don't commute.......the amount of gas I burn during the day is minimal. As for Beamers, they certainly are most gas efficient than SUVs.
