I'm so misunderstood ! lol I thought I said it was dumb, wrong, use whatever word you want, to not pass on whatever you can from what you heard. I didn't say I or others shouldn't call the company. If that was what one could read into what I said, let me clarify. It's like when someone you know is in the hospital. The DR likes to have one contact person, so as not having every family member call and tie up personnel. If somecall calls and won't post BECAUSE OF SO-CALLED BASHERS then that's what I call dumb. But, so be it.
