Bernard .. I'm having a difficult time formulating an opinion on anything at the moment. It's a timing thing .. my clock is off for some reason. This is more than likely a good day to be buying .. but I'm not comfortable with the market at the moment. It's not acting right. IMO The Leaders are not Leading. Shake the Rotation Wheel a few times for me.
