Yes, the religious right LIES about abortion in order to raise money, turn off people to sex and lure millions of ignorant people into denial. We saw one of the results during the Terri Schiavo fiasco where the dishonest un-Christian right claimed to be pro-"life" but were actually ghouls hanging exploiting a braindead woman's death. In the process, the religious right leaders 100% lied about Terri's condition and raised millions. It was a sickening display of wrong-doing by those taking the Lord's name in vain.
