They haven't been able to prosecute Saddam effectively. There are mass graves of hundreds of thousands of people, credible reports of beheadings, torture, and mass murder. Decades of brutal events and everybody knows he was responsible. Men who we know for a fact to have brutally and repeatedly raped children, are walking free in America. The court is bogged down because they can't provide the therapeutic counseling services the lawyers for these men demand in jail. Why am I not surprised when a woman who has developed a reputation of disruptive provocations against the administration, gets an apology when denied that opportunity at the State of the Union Address.
