Ya know, I mentioned "lack of leadership" from the oilers, but I should note that XOM's decline off the highs hasn't exactly been the type to strike fear in a bull's heart. A channel, really, and the attempt to drop below it was quickly repaired. A gap fill there, too.

Likewise, IBM, which I bemoan often, doesn't have a heckuva lot of volume to the downside, even though I still hate the look of that chart.

Defense is holding nicely. I'm rolling the LLL profits into UTX tomorrow for a bit of a wiggle TA play, I hope to buy the bottom of the 30-min wedge off the recent high, in the low 57's. Only holding for a few dollars as it faces some multi-year rising resistance at around $60. I like the play because it should happen very quickly.

Today I bailed on NCC for a 10 cent loss on the options. Its not in bad shape but I don't like this dicking around its doing, there's better plays out there. I am also uncertain on the financials right here, I really don't care for the new low on BAC.

When in doubt, get out!
