Karl ROve is a criminal, pure and simple. He has never won an election without gross abusive cheating and election fraud, including the time he planted the phony listening device in his own office then blamed it on his opponent and called in the FBI to investigate. You cannot put anything past Rove including planning with Diebold's CEO to steal the 2004 election in Ohio. He mainly targets black voters, but also college voters and (though secretly gay himself) uses gay-bashing on a regular basis.
