Why don't you get some more sleep? Someone will let you know if the SEC ever gets any filings from PLNI.

Don't hold your breath waiting for the audited financials though, no auditor is going to sign off on $20 million in intangible assets which comprise unassigned patents.

Rick, are the initials of who you think the auditor is AD? If so, that's not correct. But, lucky you, I have reliable information there is one, which I hope to elaborate on later tonight.
