Given the same preemptive strategy, should we not arrest those with criminal pasts based on a statistical analysis of their future potential crimes?

Perhaps a better strategy would be to prescreen all attendees and remove those who may have a negative view of the President. Ooops, they already do that at the Presidents functions, don't they? Others have been removed or disallowed entry to Bush private AND tax-payer funded events based on tshirts.

The increasingly repressive current environment will lead to backlash against whistleblowers who catch our government with their hands in the cookie jar. Ooops, I guess that already happened, too. We're further down the path than previously thought...

Why are the conservatives so afraid of transparency and free speech? Ooops, I guess that's a rhetorical question, since the answer is so obvious.
