This isn't propaganda - between us, the US and Russia have more nuclear weapons than everyone else combined. If we want OTHER countries to give up THEIRS, or the ones they might develop, why do WE insist on holding on to such a vast overkill potential? nrdc.org That's no way to lead a nonproliferation effort.
