Re SS....that's the problem with "consensus" government. If Bush was really as bad as folks (sone of them) would like to make people believe, he and the Repubs would NOT have signed every dang bill coming down the pike....instead would have just cramed their own version through. They didn't. We have government by committee. We get what we get when committees all put their oar into the mix. The thing I fault Bush for is signing some of these stupid bills. He needs to get the book, No More Mr. Nice Guy, but here comes Good Guy....or something similar...<ggg> Re your trips....Sounds fun to me....was it Marblehead in MA? Have not yet been to London (must be deprived <ggg>) so do the tourist thing for me too....Would LOVE to go someday! And have fun with your family and friends from Austin. It is always good to go back to see where your roots were, and note the changes....
