Hi Mike...we'd love to have you if you can make it, I understand how tough it is to commit this far in advance, from a ways away. We will be following with invitations and more information in about a month. I really don't know what the date that is the latest we can do an rsvp, the venue has an occupancy of 250-270. It just depends how quickly it fills up... hopefully, it fills up.. ) I spent an hour in the space this afternoon and got very excited about the whole gathering, it is going to fanatastic.
