I thought it was cute for Mr martin on his way out to suggest that Harper implement all of Judge Gomery's suggestions. I think Harper should do it the Liberal Way. Make all the changes in the Mandarins he wants in the first six months, replace everyone he can, and then in 6 months or a year rule that future changes have to be done in the way that Gomery suggests. Thus he gets to work with the people he likes, and if he loses the election, so does his successor.
