Bush wants 500 billion more for defense (all deficit spending) after squandering 400 billion in Iraq making the place far more dangerous than it was before, killing 2500 of our brave troops and maiming 15,000 more, and creating extremists regimes in Iran and Palestine. meanwhile Osama and Al Qaida are even stronger, though we had Osama trapped at Tora Bora, then Bush let him go. news.yahoo.com
