Again, don't make the same mistake Nader did by claiming centrist Dems are the same as Repubs. In fact, liberals need to ally with GOP moderates and centrists of all kinds in order to take back congress and restore our lawful democracy. It is not the liberals, but the centrists of both parties who have the swingvote power to right things, and listening to Christy Todd Whitman last night, the moderates are up in arms. Arlen Specter also ought to be furious with Bush now for stonewaling his illegal spying investigation. The problemn with moderates in recent years is that they've been complacent, but no more. Meanwhile, the rightwing Bushies are being picked off one by one as they are gradually being busted for high crimes. If you want to make a difference, pick one congressional race with a vulnerable Bushie in the running and fight against him. The opponent can be liberal or moderate, doesn't matter. A year from now, moderates too will vote to impeach.
