And why would we? There's no excuse whatsoever. Has Iran attacked us? No, they simply have a nuclear program and a new unfriendly government.

Excuses can always be made up. Did Iraq attack us? And they didn't even have a nuclear program. That didn't prevent us from attacking them, did it?!

Plus, if we invaded Iran, who would watch Iraq?

We wouldn't care. As long as we have a weak and corrupt governmnent in Iraq that "requests" us to keep our military bases there, nothing else matters.

Also, Iraq was much weaker militarily than Iran.Iraq was a relatively easy invasion, especially since Saddam had no WMD.

Iran has none either. If it had any WMDs, we would be running around participating in 6-nation or 8-nation or 10-nation talks and all that crap. It is because Iran has no WMDs that it is being threatened now.

The most we could do would be to bomb their nukes facility, but it's a hardened site and I'm sure Iran has taken precautions.

If the Khuzestan province bordering south Iraq is occupied, the rest of Iran can be choked because more than 90 percent of Iran's oil and gas wealth is concentrated in that province. And just as in Iraq, a weak and corrupt government can be installed in Khuzestan as well.
