Fitzgerald: Libby Authorized to Leak By "Superiors"

(* very damaging to Bush-Cheney this new tidbit not yet picked up by the MSM, but certain to be revelatory)

"Finally, Fitzgerald alludes to "authorization" by Libby's "superiors" – who may include President George W. Bush or Vice President Dick Cheney – who may have allowed him to disclose information about a then-classified report on Iraq's alleged weapons of mass destruction to the media. Previous reports have indicated that Cheney and Bush are not targets of the probe.

Fitzgerald writes, "As we discussed during our telephone conversation, Mr. Libby testified in the grand jury that he had contact with reporters in which he disclosed the content of the National Intelligence Estimate (“NIE”) to such reporters in the course of his interaction with reporters in June and July 2003 (and caused at least one other government official to discuss the NIE with the media in July 2003). We also note that it is our understanding that Mr. Libby testified that he was authorized to disclose information about the NIE to the press by his superiors."

This isn't a gay issue, it's an OUTLAWING TEENAGE SEX issue which is taking us back to the era of the puritains. You should also quote my mention of the 17 year old boys classified as "sex offenders" for having consensual oral sex with a 15 girl in Massachusetts. That's normal hetero teenaged behavior.

Teenegers should have a perfect right to have consensual sex with each other. Most people in the country have some kind of sex as teenegers. But the anti-sex religious right prude brigade is criminalizing sexuality amongst teenagers which basically says to young people "you're criminals" even if you are in love and both parties enthusiastically consent to the sex.

Sex is not evil. Sex is or can be a wonderful thing, and not just inside marriage. But starting wars based on lies, cheating to win elections, smearing peoples' reputations with lies, price-fixing, gas-gouging, bribery, corruption, illegally spying on domestic opponents, polluting the environment and shafting the poor to help the rich are evil. Un-American, un-Chriatian and evil.
