The key (from memory as I am away from my office 'puter) is that there were no posts indicating that the purchase price was for 95% of the company. The misrepresenting article and info that was being passed around from published articles originating in Dallas, was that he was paying .68 a share. He was paying $3 million for stock that would control 95% of the company after conversion. Anyone who feels that he won't convert and thinks that he would voluntarily give up anything for the benefit of retail investors didn't see Cuban on his failed TV show. He's rich and equally pompous, a legend in his own mind.

Bottom line is that from the high of .55 after the "news", it's been straight down hill, except for that bounce.
