Massive air strikes can soften the Revolutionary Guards and take out a lot of Iran's defenses. It will also kill tens of thousands of innocent people in Iran, but since when does Dumbya care about innocent lives? Dumbya can also pull out the troops from Iraq and deploy them in Khuzestan. Since it is a border province with southern Iraq, he can do it without even drawing any attention to it. The excuse/s can be Iran's WMDs and/or the alleged ethnic discrimination of the Khuzestan Arabs by the Iranian Persian elite.
