If they do agree for Russians to do the uranium enrichment for them, the only other excuse for Dumbya to attack would be the alleged discriminatory attitude of the Persian majority towards the Arabs living in oil-rich and gas-rich Khuzestan. But that would mean another round of nation-building. I still feel the arrogant neocons together with Israel will attack Iran regardless of what happens on the nuclear front. The real problem is the IOB which is more potent than any WMD.
