Jefferson said clearly no leader is above the law. All leaders serve the people at the pleasure of the people. Truth rules and public opinion rules, not office, elected or otherwise. No president can break the laws. All corrupt politicians must be held accountable. The press must be strong and able to expose corrupt leaders. Church must be kept separate from state. And the foundation of any strong democracy is a honest, open public debate. Bushies are against all of the above.
